We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Maintenance Technician at our Poynette, Wisconsin production facility. This is a 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.) position. If you are a self-starter who is looking for a challenging opportunity and a rewarding career, join our winning team.
Potential to earn up to $27.34 per hour. This includes a $3 per hour merit pay based on skill and exceptional performance.
We’ll rely on you to repair and maintain machinery, mechanical equipment and associated electrical, pneumatic and structural make-up. Your general responsibility in plant maintenance will include plumbing, electrical wiring, and physical structure work including fabrication of process equipment, as well as involvement with a computerized maintenance management system.
Qualifications include educational background emphasizing machine maintenance repair and work experience in areas as indicated above, as well as experience reading electrical schematic/ladder logic diagrams and ability to troubleshoot electromechanical equipment with prints or programmable logic controllers (PLC’s). The ability to operate shop equipment such as lathes, milling machines, drill presses, welding equipment and other metal working tools to make and repair parts is desirable. A valid driver’s license is required.
Desire a 2-year technical degree with 1-3 years of work experience in a manufacturing setting.
Pre-employment, post-offer drug screening, and physical as well as background screening are required for all manufacturing positions.
